NURSERY FRESH & SIBLING ADMISSIONS GUIDELINES, ENROLMENT & APPLICATION FORM

                ADMISSION POLICY

1) Age criteria will be as per the Supreme Court Order.

2) First come first.

3) Third child will be admitted as a fresh candidate.

4) No third-party involvement in the admission procedure.

5) All transactions will be done through Demand Draft of Scheduled or Nationalised bank.

6) Admission will be confirmed after clearing all the dues for the academic year 2026-27.

7) Fees once paid will not be refundable in any case.

8) First preference will be given to the child residing within 2 kilometres.

9) Admission will be quota based: - 8% of the total seats each are reserved for Muslims, Christians, Sikhs, Buddhists, Jains, and Parsis.

I) GUIDELINES

Holy Cross Convent Pre-Primary School, Akola warmly welcome all the parents for our Nursery FRESH & SIBLING Admissions 2026-2027 on our school, website.

Steps to Follow :

1)  Read the Nursery FRESH & SIBLING GUIDELINES on the website and follow the procedure accordingly between 6^th Feb to 14^th Feb 2026 only. ( Application & Enrolment Form will not be available after 15^th  )

2) Visit our School website www.holycrossprimaryakola.in  (KINDLY GO TO THE INTERNET CAFE)  (COPY AND PASTE ON THE BROWSER (CHROME ETC)

3) Fill the GOOGLE FORM for Enrolment on your mobiles (mandatory). Download the Hard Copy of the Application Form and fill the same in Block Letters (BLACK OR BLUE BALL PEN) and submit the hard copy of Enrolment & Application Form along with all the XEROX copy of the required documents in the school.

a) All the Sibling candidate parents are requested to kindly submit the hard copy of the Enrolment & Application Form along with all the XEROX copy of the required documents in the school, from 2^nd March 2026 to 7^th March 2026 and register by paying Rs 1000/- (non-refundable) personally at Counter No. 5 in the school. (TIME: 8:30 am to 10:30 am)

b) Fresh candidates’ parents are expected to come ONLY WHEN YOU GET A PHONE CALL FROM THE SCHOOL AUTHORITY (FOR FRESH ADMISSIONS), between 9^th March 2026 to 14^th March 2026, and register by paying Rs 1000/- (non-refundable) personally at Counter No. 5 in the school. (TIME: 8:30 am to 10:30 am)

IMPORTANT GUIDELINES : -

1) Age Criteria : - A child should be 3 yrs by 31st Dec 2026. The child should be born between    1st July 2022 to 31st Dec 2023.

(THIS AGE CRITERIA IS GIVEN AS PER THE GUIDELINES RECEIVED, HENCE ANY CHANGES FROM THE EDUCATION DEPARTMENT WILL BE APPLICABLE AS PER THE RULES, SET BY THE GOVERNMENT)

NOTE : A SIBLING (the word sibling is reserved for the children of the same parent) IS A REAL BROTHER OR SISTER OF THE PARENT WHOSE FIRST CHILD IS PRESENTLY STUDYING IN OUR SCHOOL (NOT COUSINS). DUE TO LIMITED NUMBER OF SEATS AVAILABLE, OUR CRITERIA FOR SIBLING ADMISSION IS ONLY FOR THE FIRST TWO CHILDREN OF THE SAME PARENT. THE THIRD CHILD MAY APPLY AS FRESH CANDIDATE LATER.

2) a) We regret to state that though there is a great demand for admissions in our school, we are having only 2 sections hence we are able to admit limited students to the NURSERY CLASS every year.

b) As our number of children in the classes I to IV have already exceeded, kindly do not enquire for the admissions in these classes.

c) Admission to class NURSERY is not a guarantee for Admission in class V (Holy Cross Convent High School, Akola).

d) As the number of SIBLING candidates have exceeded, we regret to accommodate all the enrolled FRESH candidates. So kindly note that if you don’t get a phone call from the school authority please do not wait after 30^th March 2026 and seek your child’s admission elsewhere.

e) Holy Cross Convent Primary and Pre-Primary School cares for the people of all religious groups. Therefore 8 % of the total seats of the Nursery class are reserved for the minority groups like Buddhists, Muslims, Christians, Jains and Sikhs. Rest of the seats ( 60% ) will be given to the Non-Minority people.

4) Dear Parents you all must understand that Enrolment & Application Form does not guarantee Admissions to your wards unless and until their documents are verified and found correct and fulfilling all our criteria. 

5) Enrolment & Application Form should be filled and submitted only Once. Multiple entries will not be accepted. If any information is found to be incorrect or false or in case if improper documentations are provided, then the Registration is liable to be cancelled and the fees will not be refunded.

6) Kindly note that Holy Cross Convent Pre-Primary and Primary School, Akola are un-aided and parents seeking admissions for FRESH & SIBLING are requested to comply with the requirements and regulations of the school. We expect whole hearted support and co-operation for the growth and development of our students. Admissions are solely in the hands of the Management.

* NO INTERMEDIARIES WILL BE ENTERTAINED. NO ADMISSIONS TO OTHER CLASSES - (I TO IV).

7.a) NO SPECIAL PRIVILEGES FOR TWINS, THEY WILL BE CONSIDERED AS TWO SEPARATE CANDIDATES.

7.b) Sibling admission is only for the second child, third child will be considered as a Fresh Candidate.

8) We request you to strictly follow the schedule as LATE ENTRIES will not be entertained.

* Kindly provide the correct WhatsApp and calling number.

9) Further procedure will be done manually for short listed enrolled candidates.

10) The parents of sibling children are hereby informed, that if you have not registered your child in siblings admissions as per scheduled, then they will be considered as fresh admissions. So kindly follow the procedure.
